Lord and Merciful Father God, increase my trust in your loving mercy, so as to experience the same faith of Patriarch Joseph, son of Jacob, to silently endure my trials and hardships. Being fully aware and confident, of the greater glory awaiting those who endure suffering in silence and patience. Give me the grace O Merciful Father God, to dream big guided by your Holy Spirit, as Joseph did. To dream with much humility and love about the mighty plans in stored for the Children of God, to dream about your awesome majestic hand which could do much greater things that I can ask or think about. Dreams about winning souls for Christ, unifying the body of Christ – the Church, bringing peace and healing to the nations. Anoint and strengthen me dear Holy Spirit to carry out the Corporal works of Mercy advocated by Jesus – to feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, shelter the homeless, visit the sick and those in prison, bury the dead and give alms to the poor. Open my spiritual eyes dear Lord Jesus, to see you disguised in every suffering face in this world.
Mother Mary, Queen of all patriarchs and prophets, intercede for me and all your children, who have recourse to thee. Mother most faithful, Increase my faith to say Yes to God’s plan, as you taught us in your fiat. To accept in faith - the joy, the cross and the ultimate Glory through your son Jesus, in accordance with the will of God. Remind me O Virgin most powerful, that the mighty one, my Lord Elshaddai, has done great things for me in the past and that his mighty hands will do the impossible for me in the present and in the future. Give me the grace O Blessed Trinity, to interpret and execute my dreams in a humble and subdued manner, without bragging or vain talking, in accordance with the will of God. Give us the grace O Holy Spirit, to foster greater love and understanding among our children and siblings. Deliver and cleanse us with your Precious Blood Lord Jesus, so as to be completely rid of the spirit of pride, envy, ego and rivalry; among children, siblings, family and community members. Deliver and hide us in your Holy wounds dear Lord Jesus, so as to be protected and delivered from that evil spirit which divided the house of Jacob, that spirit of rivalry and ego which almost killed Joseph at the hands of his brothers. May the virginal blood of Mother Mary, Her Immaculate Flesh and Virginal Milk that formed part of Jesus body, cleanse right now, at this very moment; all wounds dividing our family tree and family members. Unite us O Mother of God and Queen of families, all our family and community members in love, peace, forgiveness and mutual respect.

By the power of the Holy Spirit, may I receive the gift of strong will and self-control to say NO to the temptations, pomp and glory of this world, in particular the spirit of lust and all forms of sexual immorality. I renounce by the power of the painful death of Jesus Christ, those same spirits which attacked Joseph through the temptations and lustful seductions of Pontiphar’s wife. Hide us O Mother of God, under your Holy Mantle so that we will be completely invisible to the lustful and evil eyes of this world. Give me the grace O Dear Father God, to rejoice and thank in the expectation of a greater victory when repeated setbacks is allowed into my life by your Divine will.

By the merits of the painful death and glorious resurrection of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I claim and inherit the same wisdom, knowledge, intelligence and power of discernment as Joseph, to carry out my daily duties in my vocation. Give us O Sweet Holy Spirit, that same spirit of excellence, sharp unfailing focus and perfect knowledge to carry out the duties as Joseph did as a steward in Pontiphar’s house hold, as the keeper of the prisoners and as the governor of the entire Egypt. Grant us O Blessed Trinity and all associated with me in my family tree and community, the spirit of farsightedness, planning, forethought, discernment and wisdom which helped Joseph plan for the long famine, as also to interpret complex dreams and visions. Bless our nation and community O Provident God, with great leaders like Patriarch Joseph, who will lead us in the wisdom and fear of God. Anoint O Sovereign God, the leadership of the Catholic Church, our Sovereign Pontiff, all Cardinals, Bishops, Priests, Religious and Lay people with a new and fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit to spread out the message of mercy and hope boldly to the ends of the world.

I rebuke, I renounce and I command in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth every spirit of discouragement, despair, failure, negativity, sadness, self-pity and disappointment from the wounds and setbacks of my past years till date. I embrace the love of God, the plan of God and the will of God from this day on. And I will soar with wings like eagles in God’s Mercy and Love, as Joseph did.

O Holy Patriarch Joseph, intercede for me so that my faith will be complete and unshakeable. Give me the same faith dear Joseph, which made you self-assured about the plan of the Most High even in the most hopeless situations. Help me focus on God’s sure promises as you did O Holy Patriarch Joseph, when your freedom was robbed twice. Once sold into slavery by your own brothers and then thrown into prison, being falsely accused by Potiphar’s wife. Intercede for me so that my eyes will be opened to see the greater plan of God unfolding, even in my failures and disappointments.

O mantle of my mother Mary protects us and defends us day and night from the enemy of our soul! I cover myself with thy holy mantle, and I cover my family and the all people of God; makes us invisible to the wicked spirits and their earthly agents of evil. O sacred mantle of my beloved Mother be the protective shield for the people of God! Dear Mother do not forsake us a single moment in our spiritual battle of every day, that the light rays of thy holy mantle guide us in the darkness and enlighten the path that leads us to eternal Glory.
